Any rating less than 5 is probably just not a good one to read. Owner personally fixed an issue I originally had with some work that was done by an employee. Although I had that issue the owner took care of me over a year after the work was done. So the owner is very responsive and quick with the work and if any issues arise he corrects them fairly.

Responsive, Friendly, and effective. We needed a service call over the weekend as an electrical issue seemed to be preventing our furnace from operating properly. We have young children so not having heat in the house during winter weather was concerning. Bookman's provided excellent and timely service at a fair price. They will be our first call for any future electrical needs for our home.

No issues at all. Came out to a farm in the middle of nowhere in Anderson Co. Did the work quickly and quietly. Cleaned up after they were done. Reasonable price, quality work, no complaints at all. These people are now my electrician. If I need more work... they will get the call.

I called them on a Saturday morning and they got me fixed that afternoon. Great experience, quality work.
